CAREERS
MacShaman is building something different — an Apple-focused IT partner that businesses love to work with. If that sounds like the team you want to join, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re not your typical IT shop.
Most IT support is reactive, impersonal, and built around enterprise clients with the budget to demand better. We built MacShaman for the businesses in the middle — small teams with real work to do, real data to protect, and no time for tech that isn’t working. Our clients aren’t ticket numbers. They’re the owner who finally feels like someone has her back. The ten-person agency that no longer dreads Monday morning IT surprises. The founder who can focus on his business because ours is humming quietly in the background. That’s the experience we deliver — and the people who deliver it make all the difference.
Who we’re looking for:
We’re always interested in connecting with people who bring two things together: deep Apple expertise and genuine care for the humans on the other end of the problem.
Specifically, we’re building relationships with:
Apple-Certified Technicians & Engineers — You know the Apple ecosystem inside and out. You’ve got the certifications to prove it, the curiosity to stay ahead of it, and the instinct to fix the issue the client hasn’t even noticed yet.
Client-Facing Support Specialists — You’re the calm in someone’s chaotic Tuesday. You’re technically sharp, but your real superpower is making people feel like their problem is your only problem — and then solving it.
What it’s like to work with us:
MacShaman is a remote, distributed team. We work independently, communicate clearly, and trust each other to get things done without someone looking over our shoulders. If you do your best work with autonomy and want to be part of something that’s genuinely raising the bar for Apple-focused IT support, you’ll fit right in.
Sound like you?
We’re always building our bench. Reach out and tell us who you are, what you do well, and why MacShaman feels like the right fit.
